Sonic Network Announces Advanced High-Quality Ringtone Engine Availability on Analog Devices SoftFone® Chipsets

Boston, MA - February 10, 2005 --- Sonic Network, Inc. (Sonic), a world-wide provider of audio synthesis technology to the handheld consumer device and musical instrument markets, today announced the availability of Sonic’s advanced EAS™ Embedded Audio Synthesis technology on the Analog Devices (ADI) SoftFone chipsets for cellular phones. Analog Devices will be exhibiting Sonic’s EAS ringtone engine and custom soundsets at this year’s 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, France (February 14–17, 2005), on ADI’s complete chipset solutions for GSM, GPRS, EDGE, and 3G handsets in the company’s booth at Stand D60 in Hall 2.

Sonic Network has a heritage in developing digital audio for musical instruments, which has helped it to develop the highest quality audio synthesis technology for the cellular market.
