General MIDI (GM) Wavetables
SONiVOX GM Wavetables are compliant with the MIDI Manufactures
Association (MMA) General MIDI Level 1 Specification and the
MMA specification for Scalable Polyphony MIDI (SP-MIDI). They
are intended for use with any GM compliant MIDI wavetable synthesizer,
including the SONiVOX Embedded Audio Synthesis (EAS) MIDI Synthesizer.
They include 128 melodic instruments and 47 drum instruments
(1 drumkit) and are designed for optimal performance of standard
General MIDI (.mid) ringtone and music files available in the
market today.
* GM Level 1 and GM Level 2 available
* Available formats include EAS (SONiVOX),
DLS1, DLS2, Mobile DLS, Soundfont, Giga, Kontakt
* Available in multiple sampling rates
and size footprints
Regionalized Wavetables
SONiVOX' regionalized wavetables include instruments specific
to a particular region or locale, for example the Chinese Instrument
Wavetable designed for the Chinese consumer market. SONiVOX's
regionalized wavetables are intended for use in conjunction with
a standard GM wavetable.
